Quick Salisbury Steak
3 tablespoons butter
8 oz package sliced mushrooms
1 package Wintry Mushroom Soup seasoning (Epicure)
2 cups milk
4 hamburger patties
Sauté mushrooms in butter until soft. Add milk and Wintry Mushroom Soup
seasoning. Stir together and bring to a
boil. Remove from heat and let thicken. Meanwhile, on a griddle cook the hamburger
patties to desired doneness. Top the
hamburger patties with the mushroom gravy mixture. Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli,
and Caesar salad.
