Sticky chicken wings
5 pounds chicken wings, tips removed or drumettes, trimmed
1 cup soy sauce
½ c orange juice concentrate
½ cup dark or light brown sugar
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 small chunk fresh ginger root, peeled and minced
1-2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Place everything in a large glass, ceramic or plastic container, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours and up to 2 days.
- Preheat the oven to 450- 500 degrees.
- Place the contents, including the marinade, in a large baking pan and transfer to the oven. Bake until the chicken is crispy and the marinade is sticky, about 40- 45 minutes. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to overnight.

Peewee words
The other day the neighbor's dog came over to visit. When he left to go home Peewee started sobbing and said "I'm gonna miss that guy!"
