Updated turkey stuffing recipe

2 boxes Cubbison's stuffing mix
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1 large can of hot water
1 cup of milk
1 cup sour cream
2 sticks of butter
2 cups of celery, chopped
1 small sweet onion, chopped
3 cloves of diced garlic
3 tablespoons each of diced, fresh rosemary, sage, and parsley
salt and pepper

Mix first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl.  Sauté the onion and celery in butter until soft (8-10 minutes). Season with salt and pepper while cooking.   Add garlic and herbs and briefly stir together to release fragrance. Stir into the bowl with the stuffing in it.  Put into oiled baking dish and bake at 375 for approximately 40 minutes.
