1 bunch green onions (including white bottoms), diced up
1 can of corn, drained
2 cloves garlic, diced
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
dijon mustard
Stir the first 4 ingredients together. In a separate bowl, blend the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and dijon mustard together. Pour over the vegetable mixture and stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
